Ingredients:

 

  • 4 potatoes, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 glass (240 ml) milk
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix) to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat Oven

Set your oven to 180°C (356°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

 

2. Prepare Ingredients

Grate the potatoes and carrot.

Chop the spring onions and bell pepper.

3. Mix the Batter

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
