Ingredients
°1 lb ground beef
°2 cloves garlic, chopped
°1 oz taco seasoning
°10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
°4 cups sliced potatoes
°2 cups grated cheddar cheese
°1 cup beef broth
Preparation
Brown your ground beef with the garlic and drain
Place your potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart casserole dish
Spread your ground beef evenly over your potatoes
Sprinkle your taco seasoning over everything
Spread soup evenly over top
Sprinkle your cheese evenly over the top at all
Gently pour your beef stock evenly around your cooking pot
Cover and cook over low heat for 4-5 hours or over high heat for 2-2.5 hours
If desired and using an oven-safe slow cooker, place on the grill over high heat for about 90 seconds to brown the cheese on top.
Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving
