Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 cup frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then mix in the barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Casserole: Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped onions over the beef.
- Add Cheese & Tater Tots: Cover the mixture with shredded cheddar cheese, then arrange the tater tots on top.
- Bake: Place the dish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
