Banana Oatmeal Mug Dessert (No Sugar, No Flour, No Gluten)


Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk (dairy or any plant-based milk like almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 cup (100 g) rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the egg and milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the oats, making sure everything is evenly mixed. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes so the oats soften and absorb some moisture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into microwave-safe mugs, filling each mug about halfway.
  5. Microwave each mug on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the center is set. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy warm as-is or with toppings like cinnamon, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter (all optional and sugar-free).
