Instructions:

- Spoon the mixture into microwave-safe mugs, filling each mug about halfway.
- Microwave each mug on high for 2–3 minutes, or until the center is set. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
- Let it cool slightly, then enjoy warm as-is or with toppings like cinnamon, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter (all optional and sugar-free).
