Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
180g lukewarm water
6g salt
3 tbsp olive oil
2g dry yeast
Instructions:
1. Combine the flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate container, mix the dry yeast, lukewarm water, and olive oil until well combined.
3. Gradually incorporate half of the yeast mixture into the flour and begin kneading.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then add the remaining yeast mixture and continue kneading until smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
6. Once rested, divide the dough into three equal portions and shape each into a round ball.
7. Place the dough balls on a floured surface, cover them with a clean kitchen towel, and let them rise for another hour in a warm place.
8. Flatten each ball, shape it into a circle, and stretch it to your desired size.
9. Top with your favorite ingredients and bake to perfection!
