Creamy Cheesecake Banana Pudding Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 package crushed Nilla wafers
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then mix until thick and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the banana pudding mix and blend well until the mixture thickens.
  4. In a serving container (clear cups or bowls work great), start with a layer of crushed Nilla wafers.
  5. Add a layer of banana slices over the wafers.
  6. Spoon a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture over the bananas.
  7. Repeat the layers: wafers, banana slices, and cheesecake filling.
  8. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let all the flavors meld together.
  10. Serve cold and enjoy these sweet, creamy bites!
