Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Bites

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 8 slices of bacon, each cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
  2. Prepare Chicken & Bacon
    Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Wrap each piece with a third of a bacon slice and secure it with a toothpick.
  3. Make the Glaze
    In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Glaze the Bites
    Dip each bacon-wrapped chicken bite into the glaze, ensuring it’s well coated. Arrange them on the prepared rack.
  5. Bake to Perfection
    Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the bacon is crispy and chicken is fully done.
  6. Serve & Enjoy
    Let the bites cool slightly, then serve warm. Perfect for parties or a sweet and savory appetizer!
