Ingredients:
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
-
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 green onions, finely sliced (optional garnish)
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
-
Tortilla chips, baguette slices, or crackers for serving
Instructions:
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir or use a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
-
Add the Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder to the mixture and blend until well combined.
-
Gently fold in the lump crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese. Be careful not to break up the crab too much — you want nice chunks!
-
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
-
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top starts to turn golden.
-
Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions and fresh parsley if desired.
-
Serve hot with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or buttery crackers.
