Pork Chop Supreme


Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish (9×13-inch works well).
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion soup mix until well blended.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  9. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
