Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and rosemary.
- Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the dough becomes crumbly.
- Stir in the beaten egg, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and thyme leaves.
- Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass or jar.
