Ingredients:
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 box (5.1 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Topping (optional):
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, water, oil, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts if using.
- In a separate small bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, sprinkle half of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture over it, then pour the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the topping.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
