  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms (if using) until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Push vegetables to one side and add sliced beef. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place egg rolls on a greased baking sheet, brush lightly with oil, and bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.

Air Frying: Spray egg rolls with cooking spray and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce (Optional):

  1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
